How does the Bonus System work?

You can track your bonus progress directly in the app under Salary → Bonus. There you'll see how many shifts you have left before your next bonus payout.
Important to know:
For last-minute cancellations, 2 stars are deducted
For a no-show (not showing up without notice), 10 stars are deducted
These deductions only affect your bonus progress, not your general rating.
Your bonus is paid out automatically once you reach the bonus threshold and all relevant shifts have been approved by the workplace.
