What does "Report a delay" do in the app?

The "Report a delay" button lets you quickly notify us if you're running late for a confirmed shift. This helps keep everyone informed and lets the workplace know when to expect you.
To use it:
Go to the Home section in the app
Find your Next job
Tap "Report a delay" under Job starts in
Enter how late you're expected to be, even if it's just a few minutes
Keeping everyone updated helps maintain good communication and reliability.
