URGENT shifts are last-minute shifts that need to be filled quickly, often the same day or within a few hours. They are always marked as "URGENT" in the job title.
Because these shifts are time-sensitive, applications are usually reviewed quickly. Always double-check the date and start time before applying to make sure you can attend.
