Welcome to Time2Staff! We understand that getting paid promptly and correctly is crucial for our users. So here is a simple guide to get paid.

Verification Process

After completing your first job with Time2Staff, you need to verify your ID and bank account. Here's how:

  1. Email Notification: You’ll receive an email with a link to the verification page.

  2. Complete 6 Steps: Follow the link and go through the 6-step verification process to confirm your identity and bank details.

  3. One-Time Registration: This is a one-time registration that you only need to do after your first job.

Once you’ve completed these steps, your payment process will begin.

Your First Payout

After you finish the verification process, your first payment will be scheduled. The following steps explain how the payment is processed for all your jobs:

Normal Payment Procedure

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: When you start your job, you will check in through the Time2Staff app. The customer will approve your check-in.

  • Check-Out: When you finish your job, you check out through the app. The customer will approve your check-out. You will receive a notification that your hours have been confirmed, along with a rating from the customer.

2. Salary Payment Timeline

  • Approval of Hours: After the customer approves your hours, your payment will be processed.

  • 48-Hour Payment Window: Your salary will be paid within 48 hours (working days/banking days) of the customer’s approval.

  • For example, if the customer confirms your hours on Thursday at 5 PM, your payment will be processed by Monday at 4 PM.
