Staff: These are the workers looking for jobs. If you want to find work and get hired, you’ll create a Staff account.
Customer: These are the workplaces or companies looking to hire staff. If you want to post jobs and find employees, you’ll create a Customer account.
Simply put:
Staff = job seeker
Customer = workplace
