If a staff member doesn’t show up without notifying you or our team, you can report them as a “no-show” directly in the app.

Once reported:

• We're notified immediately

• We investigate the situation

• We help find a replacement staff member as quickly as possible

This ensures you're not left without support and that we can maintain a reliable pool of staff for all jobs.
