The platform enforces Arbeidstilsynet's rules automatically: max 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week, no shifts after 21:00, minimum 30-minute breaks on shifts over 4.5 hours, and minimum 12 hours of daily rest and 48 hours of weekly rest. Any shift that would break these rules is blocked before it can be booked.
