Yes, you can absolutely post urgent or same-day shifts.
Simply create your job listing as usual. If you need a staff member on short notice, we recommend addding "URGENT" in the job title. This makes your listing more visible to staff reviewing available shifts, prevents mistaken applications, and helps you fill the role faster.
